Navigating the Chaos

What happens when you are ready to sell? In many cases having to organize and prepare for due diligence becomes a full-time job and limits the day-to-day tasks and workflow in the business. The burden can also limit the focus of the sale itself therefore the outcome of the exit may not meet your expectations. One of the common frustrations we heard after speaking with business owners who have sold was: “I wish I would have known that before I exited." That specific statement is what drove Neul Capital to build a solid due diligence group of experts to assist all parties.

 

As a part of due diligence, we have an extensive deal team that will take on the process for Neul Capital. If needed, a deal room can be provided to help a seller manage aggregating information requested. We also have partners with expertise in each segment of software business and will utilize our team to manage the process from beginning to close. Our intention is to ease the burden and alleviate many of the costs associated to the seller throughout the due diligence stage.

 

We will also work closely with any executives, counsel, intermediaries, and accountants that the business owner has as a part of their own due diligence team to provide clarity and consistency as we work towards a potential transaction.
