Mr. McGregor has built his career selling in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry for the past nine years. Over the term of his career, he has exceeded quota in every year of production, been recognized as the top producer and a President’s Club recipient annually. He most recently worked at Moody’s and helped grow a new cloud acquisition into the company’s product portfolio for the past two years.
Previous to Moody’s, Mr. McGregor was the top salesman at a private equity owned software company (WebEquity Solutions) that went through one of the most successful SaaS company exits at roughly 36x GAAP EBITDA and roughly 9x GAAP Revenue. He worked closely with the executive management team as they grew the company from 2009-2014. As a part of that experience, he was exposed to all segments of software business (R&D, services, marketing, finance, and sales) while still producing the most total revenue as an individual producer in the company’s 28-year history.
Mr. McGregor attended Waldorf University and later transferred to the University of Wisconsin Eau-Claire where he earned a BA in Management.
Mr. Romaine is a financial executive who works with private growth companies on fiscal management, strategy execution, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. Mr. Romaine has significant experience as an entrepreneur, operator, advisor, co-founder and Board member of investor-backed growth businesses.
Mr. Romaine’s background combines extensive experience as an investment banker, as an entrepreneur/co-founder, and as a hands-on operating CFO. Mr. Romaine serves as fractional CFO for several companies in the SaaS and energy technology sectors. Mr. Romaine is a qualified cloud CFO certified by the IAQCA, and uses his knowledge of SaaS tools to design and implement scalable and cost- effective information systems for growth businesses.
Mr. Romaine received an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in economics from Middlebury College.
Mr. Chiappetta has over 20 years of experience in support, maintenance and implementation of networks and information systems. His passion and dedication to the field is evident in his continual pursuit of knowledge in new and relevant technologies. Throughout his career, Mr. Chiappetta has worked in various roles in the technology, transportation and publishing fields where he supported, managed, maintained, and designed company IT infrastructures.
Mr. Chiappetta attended Western Governors University where he earned his BS in Information Technology – Security degree and currently holds several IT related certifications.
