Neul Capital was built to provide a platform for business owners that was different. We have previous success in operating businesses as owners, but we felt there was something missing in the market for business owners looking to sell. Neul Capital was designed from the start not from the position of the investor but rather the position of an owner. Our belief is that through our own experiences and challenges, we are able to provide each business owner with the confidence that their years of dedication and hard work are respected and their legacy will continue on with the business.

One of the biggest challenges we faced after spending years preparing businesses for an exit was making sure our customers, employees and the product were placed into the right hands. We did not want them carved up in a strategic fashion or wound down for the profit of the investor group purchasing. Neul Capital provides an opportunity for business owners to be rewarded financially for all of the hard work and risk involved in growing their business and the desire to see the business continue forward. While the financial reward is important, it is not what we believe ultimately matters to owners who find our approach intriguing.
